Minneapolis police say one man is dead and a woman is injured after a dispute between two groups of people in two cars led to a chase and gunfire.
Authorities say one vehicle began chasing the other about 2 a.m. Thursday as the dispute escalated and shots were fired before both cars crashed. A man in one of the vehicles died at the scene. A female passenger in the other vehicle was taken to North Memorial Medical Center where she's being treated for a gunshot wound.
Some of the others in the two vehicles ran away before police arrived. Officers are canvassing the area, hoping to talk to witnesses.
