The Becker County sheriff says prosecutors will review the investigation into last week's train and propane tanker crash in Callaway for possible criminal charges.

Sheriff Todd Glander told KSTP-TV that authorities are looking into the actions of the truck driver.

The crash happened Thursday. Fire from the propane truck and its proximity to a propane tank prompted a daylong evacuation of about 230 Callaway residents. They were allowed to return home on Friday.

Rail officials say they have video that shows the truck didn't stop for the train.

Gov. Mark Dayton visited Callaway on Saturday and spoke about statewide rail safety.

Callaway is about 50 miles east of Fargo, N.D.
