Reforming the presidential primary system

With long lines at caucus sites and superdelegates up for grabs, many are asking whether our nation's primary system is broken.

MPR News host Kerri Miller talked with Elaine Kamarck, senior fellow at the Brookings Institute and author of "Primary Politics: How Presidential Candidates Have Shaped the Modern Nominating System", and Minnesota Rep. Pat Garofalo, R-Farmington, about the problems plaguing our primary election system.
