Police in western Wisconsin are investigating the death of a University of Wisconsin-Stout student from Minnesota.
Menomonie police say the body of 22-year-old Rickey Alan Hible of Shakopee was found on a driveway off campus early Saturday.
Police say Hible had lacerations on his body. Authorities believe the wounds came from broken glass found around a sign at a nearby church.
In a statement, UW-Stout Chancellor Bob Meyer says there does not appear to be any danger to the community.
Hible was a sophomore majoring in engineering technology. An autopsy is scheduled Sunday at the Ramsey County medical examiner's office.
