Today's Morning Edition music is from Johnny Cash with the song "Like the 309."

It was on his posthumously released album "American Five: A Hundred Highways," which was No. 1 on the U.S. album chart 10 years ago.

The album includes covers and re-recordings of past songs. This one was an original, and was the last song Cash wrote before he died. He recorded it in August 2003, about a month before he passed away at the age of 71.
