St. Paul police say a male victim was fatally shot during a social gathering at a home near Crosby Farm Regional Park.
Police say they were called to a home in the Highland Park neighborhood on Wednesday night and found the victim with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His name and age haven't been released.
Police were interviewing witnesses to try to figure out what led to the shooting. Police say the male was shot during a gathering of more than a dozen people at the house.
