MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about the month of July in Minnesota, which was about average in terms of temperatures but was wet in much of the state.

He also answers a question about what the record high temperature is in the month of August for the Twin Cities.
