Across the U.S., Walmarts have become a regular stop for law enforcement responding to calls.

MPR News host Tom Weber spoke with Shannon Pettypiece, co-author of an article in the latest issue of Bloomberg Businessweek, "Walmart's Out-of-Control Crime Problem is Driving Police Crazy." Pettypiece explained why shoplifters consider Walmart an easy target.
