On November 8, Minneapolis is voting on whether to extend an existing property tax levy to increase the funding of Minneapolis Public Schools. 

 is the campaign manager of the "Vote Yes for Kids" referendum campaign. He talked about the tax proposal and how it will be used to reduce class sizes.
