Authorities have made a second arrest in the fatal shooting of a baby and a man near a Minneapolis park.

Police say the 26-year-old man was arrested Tuesday, and formal charges were pending.

Seven-month-old Jayden Eric Redden and 20-year-old Gustav Christianson II were found Oct. 9 in the back seat of a car parked in south Minneapolis. Christianson died at the scene. Jayden died at nearby Children's Hospital.

Authorities last week charged 17-year-old Jquan McInnis as an adult with first-degree murder in the incident.

Police believe Christianson was the target of the shooting. Court documents say McInnis told police he didn't know Jayden was in the car.
