'Who's In Your Wallet? Hamilton, Jackson, Tubman and the Presidential Election'
A discussion entitled "Who's In Your Wallet? Alexander Hamilton, Andrew Jackson, Harriet Tubman, and the 2016 Presidential Election," was held October 20, 2016 at the Institute for Freedom and Community at St. Olaf College in Northfield.
The event used recent controversy over changes to the $10 and $20 bills in America as a backdrop for analyzing this year's similarly contentious presidential election.
Three speakers took three different approaches to their reflections.
Political science professor Michael Federici of Mercyhurst University reflected using the ideals of Alexander Hamilton.
