Today's Morning Edition music is from Bob Dylan with "You Ain't Goin' Nowhere." We learned Wednesday that Mr. Dylan 

 next month to pick up his Nobel Prize for Literature. 

A representative of the Swedish Academy, which awards the Nobel prizes, announced that it had received a letter from Dylan saying he was unable to attend the award ceremony on Dec. 10 "due to pre-existing commitments." 

He will join a short list of Nobel Prize winners who chose not to attend the ceremony. To collect the million-dollar prize, though, he must give a Nobel lecture within the next six months.
