Groundbreaking today, expansion draft tomorrow for MN's new MLS team
Construction on the new facility is expected to be complete in time for the start of the 2018 MLS season.

City and soccer officials were on hand for the Monday groundbreaking of the new Minnesota United soccer stadium in St. Paul's Midway neighborhood. The stadium is scheduled to open in 2018.
