President Trump has vowed to issue a revised travel ban after his January executive order was put on hold by a federal appeals court.

But what would it take to make a new ban legal? And how much would the White House be able to accomplish with a revised order?

Dean of the University of California Kevin Johnson discussed what we might expect from Trump's new travel ban. Johnson is also a professor of public interest law.
