Health insurance and the state budget will be big topics of discussion at the Capitol this week.

Lawmakers are voting on plans to shore up the individual insurance market. And they're starting to come forward with the tax-and-spending framework that will comprise the next two-year budget.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with political reporter Brian Bakst about the week ahead at the Capitol.
