Northern and western Minnesota are dry while the south is wet

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley about some parts of Minnesota that are dry, while other parts are wetter than normal.

It's having an impact on farmers, some of whom are itching to get going on planting.

Seeley also discusses a rally for science at the Minnesota State Capitol Saturday.
