Chuck Berry's final album out Friday
Today's Morning Edition music is from "Eyes of Man" by Chuck Berry from his final album "Chuck," which will be released posthumously Friday.
Berry died in March at the age of 90.
This is his first studio album since 1979.
In an interview with The Associated Press, his son Charles Berry Jr. said the musician started working on new material shortly after the last album came out. He recorded songs over a 10-year period but a fire at his studio destroyed the tapes and he had to start over.
Chuck Berry's son, daughter and grandson all perform on the new record.
