David Harris, an expert in police behavior at the University of Pittsburgh law school and host of the Criminal (in)Justice Podcast, spoke with All Things Considered host Tom Crann about what kind of instruction the jury in the Yanez trial received — a key part being instruction related to the "reasonable use of force" by police officers.
