Today's Morning Edition music is from "2541" by Grant Hart from his 1989 solo album "Intolerance." 

Hart was a co-founder and drummer for the seminal Minneapolis-based punk band Husker Du. His former bandmate Bob Mould tweeted Thursday morning: "Grant Hart was a gifted visual artist, a wonderful story teller, and a frighteningly talented musician. Everyone touched by his spirit will always remember." 

In her tribute, the Current's Andrea Swennson wrote that Hart "was held in the softest parts of so many hearts in the punk community, beloved for his resilience, his sharp wit, his endless intellectual curiosity, and his kind, crooked smile."

Hart was a co-founder and drummer for the seminal Minneapolis-based punk band Husker Du. Everyone touched by his spirit will always remember."
