2 arrested in hit-and-run death of St. Paul bicyclist

St. Paul police say they have made two arrests in a hit and run incident where a man was struck while riding his bicyle in St. Paul.

Authorities say a 28-year-old St. Paul man was arrested Saturday on suspicion of criminal vehicular homicide. On Friday, a 47-year-old woman from South St. Paul was arrested on suspicion of aiding an offender.

Jose Hernandez Solano, 52, was biking home from his job at Brasa Rotisserie in St. Paul when he was struck last month.

Solano died Dec. 7.
