Aretha Franklin, the Queen of Soul, dies

The memorial service for Aretha Franklin, the Queen of Soul, has not yet been scheduled. It's expected to be announced in the coming days with several events in her adopted hometown of Detroit.
Franklin died Thursday morning of pancreatic cancer at her home there. She was 76 years old.
