How to talk about racism with children

America has a dark history of racism which persists to the present. Many adults have difficulty understanding and talking about this. But what about kids? How can parents talk about racism with their children? And how do adult decisions about schools, clubs, and friends communicate values to their children?

MPR News host Kerri Miller sat down with two experts to talk about how to have the difficult conversation about race with your kids.
