A Thanksgiving Eve documentary about food, nutrition and health. Physicians and nutritionists discuss what we know about the ways a healthful diet can increase your long-term well-being.

Some physicians are taking a more proactive approach guiding patients to make better food choices.

As we begin to prepare a celebratory meal for tomorrow, a Humankind documentary explores the connection between diet and health.

Physicians Andrew Weil and Victoria Maizes of the University of Arizona Medical School.

Scott Faber of the Environmental Working Group.

Susan Roberts, professor of nutrition and psychiatry at Tufts University.

Dr. Aly Cohen, an integrative physician in Princeton, N.J.
