Beth Ford is the new CEO of the giant Minnesota-based agricultural cooperative Land O' Lakes.

She is one of only 25 women to lead a Fortune 500 company.

Beth Ford was Chris Farrell's guest for his "Conversations on the Creative Economy" series.
