Man charged in brother's death in northwestern Minnesota

Authorities in northwestern Minnesota have charged a 28-year-old man with murder in the fatal weekend assault of his brother on a street in Fosston, Minn.
Prosecutors charged Nicholas Hauge of Fergus Falls with two counts of second-degree murder in the death of 19-year-old Timothy Hauge of Fosston.
Polk County sheriff's authorities say the attack happened about 3:45 a.m. Sunday. Officers responding to a 911 call found Timothy Hauge unconscious and not breathing on the curbside. He was later pronounced dead.
KFGO-AM report s Nicholas Hauge was nearby, standing in an intersection. He was arrested.
An autopsy found Timothy Hauge died of head injuries. His brother remains in jail and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.
