State agents are investigating the death of a man who died after he was arrested on felony warrants in Moorhead.

KFGO reports officers from the High Plains Task Force were taking Jeremy Robert Kelly, 50, into custody Tuesday afternoon when the Fargo man complained of shortness of breath and passed out as paramedics arrived.

Kelly was rushed to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo, N.D., where he died Tuesday night.

The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office was conducting an autopsy to determine cause and manner of death.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says there are no body camera images of Kelly's arrest.

The agency is interviewing people involved in the incident and will release more information when the interviews are complete.
