Locomotive destroyed by fire along rail line in St. Paul

The St. Paul Fire Department responded Tueday just before 9 p.m. to the vicinity of Warner and Childs roads, near the Mississippi River just east of downtown, on a report of a freight train locomotive fully engulfed in flames.
