Massive Duluth freeway interchange project nearly finished, replacing 'Can of Worms'

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Duluth Mayor Roger Reinert, and other officials cut the ribbon on the Twin Ports Interchange project on Monday. The $435 million project was designed to improve safety, replace aging infrastructure, and improve freight traffic to the Port of Duluth-Superior on Lake Superior.
