DHS: Kidney recipient arrested by federal agents in Rochester has access to needed medications

DFL state Rep. Kim Hicks says federal agents in Rochester on Thursday rammed a man's car and arrested him while he delivered groceries. Hicks says the man is a recent organ transplant patient who needs his anti-rejection medication. He's set to be flown to Texas Friday afternoon. Hicks worries he may die if he doesn't get his medicine.
