Kidney recipient detained by ICE still hasn't received life-saving medications

A vehicle after an altercation where a man from Rochester who was delivering groceries was detained by federal agents on Feb. 5. DFL state Rep. Kim Hicks says federal agents in Rochester on Thursday rammed a man's car and arrested him while he delivered groceries. Hicks says the man is a kidney transplant recipient who needs his anti-rejection medication. He was set to be flown to Texas. Hicks worries he may die if he doesn't get his medicine.
