Changes coming for drivers on Interstate 394 starting Wednesday

Traffic moves along Interstate 394 west of downtown Minneapolis on Monday — with westbound vehicles in the two E-ZPass carpool lanes. Starting Wednesday, westbound drives will return to their usual three lanes -- and it will be eastbound traffic moved into the E-ZPass lanes.
