Flights are halted at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. 

MSP spokesperson Jeff Lea said no flights have taken off since 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Limited flights are allowed to arrive, if they were already in the air. 

Lea said it is an equipment issue with the Federal Aviation Administration. 

It’s unclear whether the ground stoppage is related to other outages reported throughout the state. 

City governments and services in Minnesota reported outages on Thursday.

Dakota County said its 911 lines are back up

Some early voting systems were temporarily without internet connectivity. The Minnesota Secretary of State’s office said it’s in contact with counties where the voting systems were down. They continued processing voters using backup procedures.
