This is the easy stuff that the state legislative conference committee on higher education has taken care of in reconciling the two higher-ed bills -- a list of the items that are similar or identical in both bills.

The committee adopted those in short order, and chose to use the Senate bill's language on "system specials" and the House bill's language on the anti-cloning section.
More will come, however on a discussion the all-Republican committee had with Higher Education Commissioner Sheila Wright last night about her concerns over the bill.
