Good afternoon! Scattered showers are possible over northwestern Minnesota later today. Highs will be cooler than yesterday over southern Minnesota with predicted highs in the 80s and lows in the 70s. In St. Paul today the attorney for Philando Castile's family announced they will pursue a civil lawsuit and press for change at the Legislature in the way police are vetted and trained. "My son was a humanitarian. He was a pillar in this community. He didn't deserve to die like that," Valerie Castile told reporters.
