2021 hasn’t been easy for many of us — but such a turbulent year still brings opportunities for joy and healing.

This week, we turn our attention to the transition from 2021 to 2022 in a series of conversations with a group of powerful women who are all coaches and healers:

  • Mary Hayes Greico is an author and leader focused on forgiveness

  • Susan Beaulieu leads work in tribal communities on healing and resilience

  • Dr. Joi Lewis is an author and leader focused on radical self care and hospitality

Previously, host Cathy Wurzer talked with these healers about how to tune into the body to know what needs healing. On Wednesday, they discussed the tools, perspectives and spiritual practices they use to relieve stress.
