The calendar is about to flip over to a new year — thankfully. 2021 has been another difficult one, with a lot of pain but also moments of joy.

This week, we’ve turned our attention to the transition from 2021 to 2022 in a series of conversations with a group of powerful women who are all coaches and healers:

  • Mary Hayes Greico is an author and leader focused on forgiveness

  • Susan Beaulieu leads work in tribal communities on healing and resilience

  • Dr. Joi Lewis is an author and leader focused on radical self-care and hospitality

Previously, host Cathy Wurzer asked her guests about the tools, perspectives and spiritual practices they use to relieve stress. To wrap up the series Thursday, they talked about setting intentions for 2022.
