What it's like to keep a restaurant going during the pandemic

The COVID-19 pandemic has done a number on restaurants across the state and around the globe, with the strain of managing infections among employees, setting masking and vaccination policies, and losing customers who are isolating and social distancing. And of course, supply chain issues can really set a business back.

How do you make it as a restaurant in this incredibly difficult time? Paige Alexander and Sophia Munch are doing it. They are the owners of two restaurants: Zettas and Yeah Yeah Taco on Nicollet Avenue in Minneapolis, also known as Eat Street.

Alexander and Munch told host Cathy Wurzer about how business has been for them since March 2020.
