Jury selection began Thursday in downtown St. Paul in the federal trial of three former Minneapolis police officers. J. Alexander Kueng, Tou Thao and Thomas Lane are accused of violating George Floyd's civil rights by not intervening when their former colleague Derek Chauvin killed George Floyd in May 2020.
