Minneapolis Mayor Frey proposes new police warrant policy in light of Amir Locke police shooting

There's a lot of news on policing and public safety in Minneapolis this week. The city council is in its second week of reviewing the tentative contract with the police union, and a court ruled on March 14 that the city does not have to have 730 police officers hired on the force by June 30th. MPR reporter Matt Sepic joined host Cathy Wurzer to talk about the details.
