Remember Minnesota's drought last summer? Here's the outlook for this year

As the rain and snow continue through is chilly spring, it may be hard to remember the dry drought-ridden summer of last year. But as farmers and gardeners prepare for the growing season, many are wondering about the drought outlook for the coming months. 

Jeffrey Strock is a professor at the University of Minnesota’s Southwest Research and Outreach Center. He joined host Cathy Wurzer to talk about the drought outlook as temperatures rise.
