Flags at half-staff in Minnesota, school resource officers return to some schools

Gov. Tim Walz has ordered flags at state buildings in Minnesota to be flown at half-staff to honor the life of longtime California U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein.

And as some Minnesota law enforcement agencies return resource officers to schools, a new legal interpretation of changes in state law could cause further uncertainty.
