Minnesota Supreme Court issues ruling on racial imbalances in schools
The Minnesota Supreme Court today released a decision in a case with the potential to remake the racial and socioeconomic structure of schools statewide. The court found that racial imbalances in schools alone don’t violate the state constitution.
