Money for local public safety upgrades will start arriving in Minnesota communities next week

Gov. Tim Walz says hundreds of millions of dollars in aid for local public safety upgrades will start arriving in communities next week. And as the end of the year approaches, Minneapolis is seeing a small reduction in the number of homicides in the city. The number dropped by more than 10 percent compared to the year before.
