Lawmakers are debating a bill to raise Minnesota's minimum wage.

And Minnetonka-based UnitedHealth Group says it's managing the impact to consumer healthcare providers from a cyberattack on its subsidiary Change Healthcare. It still has not provided a date for when the recovery will be complete.
