Witnesses say confrontation preceded deadly attack on Apple River
Witnesses testified Tuesday in the trial of a Minnesota man charged with fatally stabbing a teenager during a tubing trip in western Wisconsin. Nicolae Miu is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of Isaac Schuman of Stillwater during a confrontation in 2022. Also, affordable housing developments could be coming to Bemidji and St. Cloud.
