Lane closures begin Monday night along Interstate 394 in Minneapolis ahead of more significant traffic changes later this month. For the next two weeks, eastbound I-394 will be down to two lanes overnight between Penn Avenue and Dunwoody Blouevard. Then, on July 27, the E-Z Pass commuter lanes along 394 between downtown Minneapolis and Highway 100 will close through November.
