A man charged with entering the Minnesota atate Capitol after-hours will remain in jail. He appeared in Ramsey County court Wednesday. Capitol security found him in the building late Friday after he allegedly propped a door open earlier in the day. The man’s next hearing is scheduled for Aug. 13.
