Minneapolis police continue to investigate a shooting inside a downtown bar that left a man dead and three other people injured. It happened Tuesday night at Bar Zia on Fourth Street — about a block east of Minneapolis City Hall. A 21-year-old man died at the scene. Another man and two women were taken to a hospital with what police said were non-life-threatening injuries. Police say the gunfire happened after an altercation in the bar. A man was arrested at the scene after he allegedly obstructed officers.
