Laura Dickinson, the Lyle T. Alverson Professor of Law at George Washington University, where she specializes in national security, human rights, and the law of armed conflict. Dickinson clerked for Supreme Court Justices Harry Blackmun and Stephen Breyer, and is a regular contributor to Just Security, the leading national security law blog. She is the author of “Outsourcing War and Peace.”
