The Trump administration is reviewing proposals to dismantle one of the world’s leading climate and weather laboratories, the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colo.
Heidi Roop, director of the University of Minnesota Climate Adaptation Partnership, said this could mean ripple effects for meteorology and climate research, disrupting the way we understand the atmosphere, space and oceans, air pollution and climate change.
